Joanie Stephen is a certified master facilitator in workforce development and temperament style training. Her background includes over 15 years as an Educator, a Sales Manager, and Corporate Trainer. She helps people recognize and incorporate a workforce strategy to create success in the workplace.
Her company, The Smart Solutions Group, has presented to large and small businesses including Baldwin County Association of Realtors, Mobile Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), The Women’s Business Center, Girl Scouts of the Deep South, Mobile Area Water and Sewer Systems, City of Virginia Beach, Pacific Northwest Library Conference, Qwest, Boise State University, and others.
Donna Weber, M.A., LPC
Donna Weber’s varied background suits her profession: business coaching. She is a licensed professional counselor. In addition to her academic training, she has extensive training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which can be thought of as a technology for personal and organizational change.
Currently she owns Counseling for Success, Inc. a company dedicated to helping individuals and companies achieve greater success. Counseling for Success provides one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and NLP training.
Terri Kearns
With 20 years experience in the fashion and retailing industry, Terri Kearns has created workshops to meet the needs of men, women and teens needing interview, presentation and professional image skills. “The Power of Your Image” is her most popular workshop and has been presented to a host of groups including high school and college students, job-training and social service programs, professional organizations and businesses.
Recognizing the need of assistance to disadvantaged and displaced females desiring to enter the workforce, she founded Our Sisters’ Closet in 1998. This non-profit program provides high-quality interview and workplace clothing to low-income, homeless and abused women to increase their employment potential and contribute to their economic independence. SuccessaAbility Services was added in 2005 to provide interview clothing to men. This program includes coaching, workshops and resources to assist disadvantaged jobseekers with their job search. She continues to direct this program on a volunteer basis.
