SmartWorkEthics.com is a program developed to create an understanding of workplace ethics, sometimes called soft skills. Taking your target audience through a series of workshops that build on the fundamentals of responsibility and choice, they are able to recognize and accept their role in the workplace. The interactive workshops are interconnected with each other to help them build a base of understanding.
Based on Workplace Essentials, a program developed by the Workforce Development Program at Boise State University, SmartWorkEthics.com has expanded the program by using behavioral reinforcement to create change. We are not just providing information. We are changing behavior. It is time to provide your target audience, including Generation Y, with new skills that address today’s work ethics.
The Original Smart Work Ethics program is for participants out of school. We also have a Youth Smart Work Ethics program for grades 9-12. The Youth program is designed to help with the transition from school to work.
We offer a Train the Trainer series as well as Facilitator Kits for the seasoned trainer.
